About Chalet Rosa Chalet Rosa is a beautiful 350 year-old typical Swiss chalet, and is a regular stop on the Guided Village Walk organised by the Tourist Office. It is one of the oldest chalets in the picturesque village of Lauterbrunnen. But with 11 bedrooms, all tastefully modernised, it has been brought bang up to date for the 21st century traveller.
All bedrooms have en-suite showers or baths and the spacious lounge and separate dining room are stylishly furnished. Four of the 11 bedrooms are larger and can sleep 4, making a maximum capacity of
30 guests. Many guests have commented on the high quality of the fittings and furnishings - and the very comfortable beds!
We provide half-board with a breakfast buffet, afternoon tea and an evening meal, which includes free wine followed by a choice of tea and coffee. One night each week, on the staff day-off we ask you to eat out in the village at your own expense.
